"I had shoulder surgery in April. It was pretty torn up, as I had put off the inevitable for many years. When I tore my bicep and rotator cuff a few months back, the decision was made for me, i couldn't put it off any longer. I also found out thru an MRI that my labrum was also partially torn. I say all this because the staff came up with an excellent recovery program, even with the extensive injury I had. After 4 and a 1/2 months of twice a week physical therapy, I can say I have almost all my mobility back. It was a long, slow process because of the seriousness of the injury and all the scar tissue I had. There were times it got discouraging. But, Whitni and the entire staff did an outstanding job. Never once did it feel like a burden to go. It is a very loose, friendly atmosphere. Everyone helped me at some point along the way. I would highly recommend anyone to use SporTherapy. Thank you to the entire staff for helping me throughout my recovery!"

I am 71 and was worried I would be pushed to do things I could not do, but the therapists were understanding and worked with me if I felt an exercise was too much.
