"This is by far the WORST mhmr ive been to and ive had my share from moving around! Not only did they cancel my appointments without calling to say they cancelled, they made me and my PHYSICALLY DISABLED DAUGHTER wait in the waiting room for an HOUR before telling us they cancelled. Then when we finally saw a psychiatrist, she thought she understood my daughter well enough after 5 minutes that she felt confident enough to change LONG STANDING DIAGNOSIS and provide a ridiculous diagnosis. They make appointments for you and then call you the day before appointment to tell you that you have one only giving you a day notice. They say the reason for this horrible behavior is understaffing but thats a cop out. The staff they do have is horrible and that one doctor needs her license revoked! This behavior is unacceptable from any establishment but ESPECIALLY from an establishment that is supposed to help the mentally ill!!!"

"Horrible! Kathy Gathings goes out of her way to not help my son. I've went there three different times only for her to continuously find a reason not to help! Today she even tried to send me somewhere else so she didn't have to help me and my son. And to top it off she refuses to talk above a whisper I can never hear her I can never hear what she saying I tell her I can't hear and she needs to speak up and she won't. I think it's sad that the people who are trying their best to get help are the ones they're refusing to help and finding reasons not to do their job. And you wonder why mental health is so bad. They never even call you to remind you that you have an appointment let alone what you need to bring to an appointment. Even though they specifically tell you someone will call you! Even though they're still not helping my son I was able to get myself in and I've been to three appointments and still can't get medication. The only person up there trying to help anybody is Morgan and she's new and can only do so much. I wish there were more people who cared about their job and the people they are "trying" to help. Thank you Morgan."
