"Have been a big fan of Dr. K and his staff for awhile, he was always a great doctor to me. But today my NP was an hour late to my appointment, made no attempt to answer my questions, obviously didn’t want to be there or help me at all, and just referred me to a specialist so she could get on with her day. Then, the front desk offered no explanation or discount for my appointment being an hour late. Extremely disappointed. Never coming back again. If you do get an appointment here, make sure it’s at the Aledo office with an actual doctor. The willow park office doesn’t care about you or providing good service at all."
