"Loved my experience with them. They taught me about open birth position which no other physical therapist had done so I really appreciated that. Definitely will be recommending them to friends!"

"I’ve lived with pain for over 12 years. I’ve been to orthopedic specialists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and other physical therapists. All other drs put me in a box and basically did the same treatments. Nothing worked! Nothing! Amanda is different!! So different!! She treats me and my special issues. She doesn’t just follow a “normal protocol” that she does with every other patient. After my 3rd appointment I left and drove home. When I got out of my car I realized how much better I felt. I cried walking to get my mail bc I didn’t know what it felt like to walk like a normal person. I had almost given up and resolved to have to live the rest of my life in chronic pain. Now I have relief and hope. I still have more work to do with Amanda but I’m excited and hopeful by the progress I’ve already made!"

"Rooted Physical Therapy was instrumental in helping me get through third trimester of pregnancy and managing my very painful pelvic muscle pain. They have continued helping me recover from it postpartum with their strength training program (Kim is amazing!) I don’t think I would have made it this far in my recovery if I had not found Dr. Amanda and her team!! All of the ladies are so friendly and helpful and they truly want to see you get better and they go above and beyond!!"

"It's funny how you don't think about things like your pelvic floor until something potentially detrimental happens to it.. I just had my third baby and everything seemed fine and dandy, until it wasn't. I spent a full week stuck in bed unable to move my own legs 100% due to the pain it caused in my pelvis to do so and though I eventually was able to slowly get out of bed on my own, I was still in severe pain and had to use a walker to get across my own house. Then a fellow mom tagged Amanda in a post in a momma group highly encouraging me to go see her. My own doctor didn't seem to have a solid grasp on what exactly may have happened to me, and yet immediately Amanda knew, I was stuck in the open birth position. One visit. One. And I went from waddling in like a human upside letter "Y" to walking out with my legs actually together, in a stride that was almost completely back to normal. I'm walking without assistance and am not in pain. And that's just after one adjustment. I cannot WAIT to see how things progress through our visits and how my body responds. The level of gratitude I feel at having my body mobile without pain again, is more than I an possibly express. All I know to say is, if you are in any kind of pelvic pain or discomfort, even if it's years after birth, etc.. Please give her office a call. Her staff is as incredible as she is and the entire experience will have you just as amazed as I am. Thank you, Amanda. And your entire team. You've definitely found your calling. -F."

"Thank you Amanda for all your help with my 6.5 year old daughter! Super impressed with Amanda’s knowledge on pediatric pelvic physical therapy, which can be really hard to find! We have been struggling with night time bed wetting and constipation. Amanda took a thorough history and went through all her recommendations. So many tools and options which was really exciting to hear since we haven’t been able to figure out on our own. Incredibly kind, caring and thorough care. We did virtual care and was so impressed with the process. Thanks Rooted Physical Therapy!"
