"The worst... Changed my kids dr today because here is just the worst front desk women is always rude. Yesterday i called to get lab results from my daughter which they had previously said i could get over the phone, turns out they told me results were not ready to call next day to get them. I call and the lady in the front tells me they wont give me the results over the phone that my daughter's has to consult again. But so rude about it. I am done with this office changed my kids doctor. Also always found the guy that does the lab work so dry and cold towards kids. Maybe its just me idk"

"If I could I would given no star. This location has a terrible customer service with their front desk. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I witnessed how they approached aparent that had been requesting something from them for a while, one of the front desk employees stared screaming at her and kicked her out without letting the lady talk, the poor lady was trying to let her know why she was going in and the employee rudely kept on yelling and kicking her out, telling her that she needed to wait out because her kid was sick (with covid) to me that is a huge violation to the ladies HIPPA rights. I hope this employees gets what she deserves, and for sure I'm not to get services with this clinic. Please go somewhere else. There are lots of other Dr's who would take your money, better than this clinic."

"I was here before other patients yet everybody else already got attended and im the last one here! Not to mention the receptionist is the rudest person alive. Not only did she NOT acknowledge me standing right in front of her when i 1st walked in to sign in. She had me waiting there for a good 5 min because she was too bussy looking at her computer screen that another lady had to hand me the clipboard to sign in and ask me the reason for my visit. As soon as i filled out paperwork i stood back up to return the clipboard and yet again the same receptionist did not acknowledge me and had me standing there till, again another lady attended me. Whats the point of having her at the front desk if she wont even acknowledge your presence!!!!!!"
