"They deserve a zero… Had to physically go to the clinic to make an appointment because they never follow through online. Then, when I got there, they still had not verified my insurance information that I left the day before….And on top of that, they wanted me to get tested for Covid somewhere else (because I was having cold-like symptoms), even though my appointment was for a UTI. Then, when I asked why they didn’t offer testing, they didn’t have an answer, so I refused to leave. Seriously, what medical clinic turns away sick patients?! It’s not like we are in the middle of the pandemic! Are they not an “Urgent Care” clinic? After 45 minutes of waiting and arguing with the staff on their ethics, I left and will never return. Don’t be fooled by the fancy “UTHealth” on their sign… this clinic is understaffed and unprofessional. Do not go here!"
