"I used to work here at the front desk— the doctors, nurses, IT, and lab are great!!! Really helpful… however I literally hated working here because of the front desk supervisor Marisol. She was so rude, unprofessional, and when I would report it to HR or the managers in office, they didn’t care. Management was not the best, sorry. The rest of the staff was amazing tho"
"We have used this clinic for about 15 years, in the past 2 years service has gone from 5 star to 0 star. They will not answer or return calls, will not refill prescriptions, can not schedule appointments. The one time we were able to get an appointment the medical assistant did not have a clue, did not know medical terminology, could not spell and did not even properly take a blood pressure. The only positive is some of the doctors, physicians assistants and nurse practitioners are very good. Unfortunately that is useless if you can't access them. Worst management and customer service we have seen in our 73 years. This business needs to be investigated for malpractice. Today we became established at a new primary care clinic."
"Dr Contreras is awesome! Always helpful and compassionate. It makes a world of difference when healthcare can be hard to access sometimes and Dr’s can be dismissive. He always makes sure that his patients are taken care of to the best of his ability. Mr Contreras is also amazing. My whole family comes here for them."
"I am currently sitting in their front office because they haven't picked up the phone after 47 calls (not an exaggeration) and have not returned phone call messages from a PT practice or myself in over 10 days. This is the 5th in person trip I have made here simply trying to get the referral for my elderly mother for PT/OT. The staff is unsure how to handle a simple out patient referral. At this point I do wonder if this counts as flat out patient neglect. The doctors are solid, but the business management, staff knowledge may very well be the worst I have ever expirence. Whoever ASAS is, that took this place over is easily the most mismanaged business I have ever dealt with."
