"I had a call scheduled for 11:30 and Laurie was prompt and very professional. She immediately called my prescription in and picked up the same day. She also sent me a code to reduce the cost for my prescription. It started out to be $38 but with the sesame code it was reduced to $8. I would highly recommend using this service. Not sure why there is so many bad reviews but I had the BEST experience! If you are kind to people they will be kind to you."

"Not sure why this clinic has bad reviews! I saw Priscilla Velasquez, and she was phenomenal! I had never had a medical professional have a detailed conversation with me about everything I was having issues with like she did. She listened, she provided options for treatement, she was very personable and relatable; amazing experience overall! The staff was also super friendly! The medical assistant that saw me was very nice and answered my questions! Loved it! Waited not even 10 minutes."

"Horrible phone service! I could never talk to anyone about a medication, appointment. The front staff never answer the phone. If you leave a message,they never return the call, I'm looking for another physician. I don't think the Drs are aware of what's going on with the staff. Why is this so stressful? I never had this problem before!"

"Dr is adequate. ( knowledgeable but allows the staff to delay treatment and the sharing of info) Office staff is rude and does not answer the phone, nor do they adequately understand how to answer or address patients. Yesterday, was my first visit and in the 20 mins I spent in the waiting room, they never answered the phone. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Just called and after 4 minutes on hold they hung up on me. Seriously. Worst examples of medical professionals. Update. Lied about forwarding pertinent information to the referred physician. Dr who oversees this and allows this must have forgotten his oath."

"The doctors maybe great but the staff is poor. My father had an appointment and they forgot to come back and get his labs done it was during lunch time, office closed and getting hot in the room all while all nursing staff at lunch with my father waiting in the patient room. This is ridiculous, never answer the phones when one calls and very rude poor service from front desk receptionist including all nurses. Very disappointed, all the medical field specialist should have ethics, morals, compassion if not they are in the wrong field. I will be looking to go somewhere else."
