"Worst place. Staff talks about irrelevant things and forget about what patients are next . Went for a simple drug screening physical. Waited more than 3 1/2 hours. Still waiting. Too much staff for it to be this slow."

"If I could give negative star I would. Had the worst experience got called to the back and was asked what we are here for because they forgot to put it the chart. So we got send back to the lobby and waited then they said they forgot to called to verify if the vaccines we needed is cover by insurance which the other girl jump in and said they didn’t forget they just about to call. They said they are training the new employee but they have time to chitchat about they forgot to get hot Cheeto or the food they had and laugh instead of doing their job. Hours passed by waiting they still trying to figure it out if there’s a copay or not this is ridiculous. DO NOT COME HERE THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING"

"Horrible experience. Had to wait 4 hours just to get TB skin test results which only consisted of feeling the injection site. Out of the 5 ladies in front office only one lady was knowledgeable of how to do anything. Every single time after giving name and dob they had to ask her how to input it into the computer. Do not recommend this clinic AT ALL!!"

"Stay away if you value your time and money. Patients ARE customers. Very inefficient and and no sense of urgency nor respect for anyone’s valuable time. 4-5 people in the intake “cubicle” and laughing and having a good time until someone walks to the window and “bothers” them. Poor leadership trickles down and is clearly visible at this establishment."

"Front staff was rude, very monotone and would roll their eyes and they were not very helpful! No one cleaned the tablet’s between patients, very nasty! The Dr we saw there is extremely rude, pessimistic and narcissistic, he was being very controlling and over stepping his role. He didn’t address us with his name so we have no idea who we saw. He didn’t even give us a diagnosis. I came to this clinic for an X-ray. When I was asked by the front staff why I was here for a visit I stated my daughter needed an X-ray on her hip. Meanwhile this doctor was dictating his role and said no you didn’t come here for an X-ray you came for a consult. At this point we’ve already seen 2 Chiropractors before this who stated she was good to run but I knew she wasn’t because she had a limp when she walked and looked like a horse when she ran. One hip is up and the other is down! Pain also escalated as she continued to run. Knowing we had already seen other health care professionals who stated she was good to run he continued to say I came for a consult? No we did not we already had consults! We came for an X-ray, unless he had X-ray vision his words meant nothing to us. He knew we weren’t going to get an X-ray that night yet he saw us anyway! He told me you just come in here making demands? Excuse me! I’m advocating for my daughter, he had no idea who she was or what happened to her prior to this visit, he’s getting paid to do a job which means he should be providing a service and stay in his lane. My daughter felt very uncomfortable being in the room with the way he was yelling and talking to me and later told me he was very unprofessional! He sent us to Brownsville to get the X-ray done only to be told we would have to pay again to get the results. This place is the most distasteful place I’ve ever been. Those 1 star reviews online really speak volumes and should’ve been the red lights we saw before we ever decided to come here. We will never come here again nor will we ever refer this business, infact I’m even more inclined to do the exact opposite. If I could give y’all zero stars I would!"
