"Kept calling to find out if they take new patients. Answering service stated out to lunch from 12:00 - 1:00. Called again at 1:05, answering service put call on hold for a couple of minutes, then came back stating, Oh sorry, lunch is from 12:00 to 2:00. Decided to go in as a walking at 2:30. Found sign on door due to Holiday hours office closed earlier which was at 2:00 pm. Tells me everything about their professionalism. None whatsoever. Why not tell the truth instead of LYING."
"I could not ask for a better family doctor then Dr. Charity Abreu . I have been seeing her over 15 years. She always gives me her time with lots of patience to consult and I can truly trust her medical care. I decided to have her treat me after seeing quality and loving care to my both elderly parents. As for her busy staff, I have nothing to say but keep doing a great job all the way from Management , PA,s to the front friendly office staff. Thanks, Mrs. Grateful patient Elba"
"My Dr. since I was 22 or 23, I am now 42, she has helped me for everything I ever gone for from a flu to back pain to not walking for a year and referring me to great specialists . DR. and the PAs are amazing, staff is nice I know they are busy but they always stop and take the time to attend me they all know me by name already lol all good experience. I will continue going"
"Our Dr for 5 years. Absolutely excellent care! Takes time to listen and treats appropriately. PA's are excellent too. Because they spend time with each patient they always run way behind. However if you go in before your appointment time and check in you can ask them to call you when there are one or two patients ahead of you. That way you can go on with your day and not have to wait in the office."
"Great doctor but incompetent staff. I called to get assistance for recovering account information and since they clearly didn't know how to assist me, they put me on hold for 8 minutes and then hung up. I tried calling back three times but it was "busy," perhaps because it was 4:25 p.m. They did the same thing to my parents this morning. I only have to deal with them once a year to advocate for my parents and in the past I have talked to the doctor who takes action immediately but enough is enough. Hire staff who is more than capable and willing to help the elderly."
