"This is one of the few and only locations that does FedEx in Lakeway Tucked away at the Randal shopping center and ran by a friendly Indian husband and wife with their kids. They do mailboxes as well as UPS shipping and USPS shipping which is extremely helpful since like why really doesn't have that many other options for this and you always get in and out pretty darn quickly which is an advantage compared to going elsewhere Keep in mind that they are registered UPS FedEx and USPS vendors with the own boxes in shipping but because of that they have their own shipping rates of which are going to vary from any business account to do may have if you went directly to FedEx or UPS That being said I was friendly greeted helped and able to get what I need it shipped off in and out in less than 10 minutes very grateful They even took the time to go over with me different shipping options across the board of FedEx ups and USPS which was extremely helpful They have handicap accessibility and plenty of parking highly recommend them if you needing a shipping option and avoid all the other FedEx drop offs because those are unreliable They will easily accept your package and get you a receipt for drop-offs as well No public restroom"

"Love this new location in the Randall’s shopping center in Lakeway Texas. Neil is very helpful and always on point. I had to get 2 packages that were badly damaged to Las Vegas trade show. Neil re-packaged everything for me and reassured me everything would be there on time. I paid for some bubble wrap and he did the rest. That’s what I call service. I also found out they have a shredding service which I plan on using. Great family owned business. I’m grateful they are in Lakeway. Thank you and keep up the great work big guy."

I come in at least once a week shipping documents for my work, and I have always had great service! They will package, tape and label everything for me and know the cheapest way to ship. I'm never inside for more than 5 minutes. They've definitely won me over."
