LOOK Dine-In Cinemas Colleyville

"I am mixed about this place and I go there frequently. The theaters are generally nice and clean. Most, but not all, have recliners. The food is pretty solid for theater food. My complaints are: 1) they charge $2.50 for a cup of water - insane. Almost every theater gives you free water. 2) Sodas are $6 with no free refills - all other dine in theaters offer free refills, especially at $6. 3) Theater is grossly understaffed. Servers take forever, even when there is no one in the theater. Rarely is there anyone at the ticket purchase booth (I get my tickets online so not an issue for me, but still just weird) 4) The "leave the tab open" option is just wrong - they don't bring the tab to you to close at the end of the show like every other dine in theater, so you have no idea what the amount of your tab is or how much tip is being left (I guess the server just picks his own tip?!?!). The last time I look a large group, I went to the bar after the show and ask to close the tab and was told that wasn't an option that it was automatically closed, and the bartender wasn't able to print a receipt. Once it hit my bank I felt like it was about 30% too high (even after the tip I would have left) but had no way to verify."

"This place is currently one of the best cinemas to date. The food is amazing and the seats are comfy, I’d love to use the loungers but they are too close to screens. With the 3 for $30 deal you get an appetizer and two entrees of in my opinion the best tasting food offered in a cinema. I hope it stays this way even if prices have to increase please don’t cut costs in food quality if the food quality goes down then this is just another theatre."

"Beautiful theater! Staff needs training. Customer comes and spends money to have an amazing experience. If they are not busy, does not mean that customers should get poor quality food. Do I need to say more? I was insulted by the manager when I addressed my concern."

"A group of 10+ of my friends and I decided to go on Christmas Day. Huge mistake! The manager, a young Caucasian gentleman, did a terrible job from the beginning. We had guest passes. The lady in the front called him over to see if he could help us. They helped several customers before us, we waited about 20 min. (Movie had started by the time we went in.) just for them to seat us in the handicapped area with rolling chairs. We asked if we could find empty seats, since we had to pay full price for our tickets. We seemed to be a bother. Worst experience. Never returning. Visit Alamo Drafthouse, you’ll never go through something like this."

"The movie and food were great, but service and response from management was AWFUL! We bought a bottle of wine and 2 entrees. Pushed the button for the server to turn, as we did not receive napkins nor utensils .pressed the server button 3 times with NO response. After the movie we asked to adjust the tip - we’re advised there would be a 20% tip, which would have been fine , if we got any service. ‘Brandon’ the ‘manager’ said there was no way to adjust the tip, and that the servers were in and out of all of the theaters. Said ‘we should have flagged them down’. We would have, had we seen them. By no one responded to our pressing of the server button 3 times. Don’t go to this establishment if you don’t want to get up and serve yourself for the 20% mandatory tip."
