"They lack staff, many people waiting with their children and very slow service. And at reception there is a girl who gives terrible attention, rude and poorly educated, if I'm not mistaken her name is Nayeli. The complete opposite of Joanna, who is super kind, courteous and polite."

"There are times where the wait times are long but there are a lot of patients in front. On Monday 1/3/22 we waited for four hours but it is understandable with the influx of people getting sick (I thought I was at a Black Friday shopping spree). Despite the overwhelming amount of patients (we were #75 and they were on #52 and they probably hit 100 patients) the front desk had a positive attitude. I used to take my sons to McAllen but had to find somewhere closer to home because I was spending too much leave for medical reasons, and God knows how much they got sick in their childhood, now 17 and 20 YOA. I've never had any problems at the clinic in Escobares. We usually see Letty and she's great! They always do the necessary tests and the kids always recovered with the medication. Being that we live in a rural area it is important to value having more options for medical treatment."

"Very bad coordination ladies been outside almost 2hrs we called And check in they said they were only 2 pts before us then an hour later i call them because they never called me in and they say oh we have a 3 patient family that was the 1st patient seeing 3 ppl and then the 2nd one the second car I'm guessing is about to come in she said you have to wait. So Ok been waiting but then I see other 2 people been called in before me I'm parked right in front of the door called them twice this is unacceptable anyways got to get my niece check but will reconsider pediatrics"
