"Great experience, the receptionist is very helpful. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I waited less then 5 minutes. The nurse who took down my history was very friendly and thorough. The patient room was also ve re y clean and comfortable. Mario, the Nurse Practioner was very professional and he listened attentively to my concerns. He took care of my symptoms and referred me to a specialist for further treatment. Wonderful experience."
"This place is a life saver. Where to start at the entrance you are greeted like family and immediately helped out 0 wait time. The cleanliness of the whole facility was immaculate. I was in and out in 35 minutes. Thank you for what you do and taking care of veterans like myself .God bless you all. Do Not Go To Valley Day & Night clinic staff member are rude and unprofessional the wait time is horrible . I went 02/25/24 because it said it opened at 12 noon and waited there 45 minutes and no one showed up. They left a line of disappointed people waiting outside some came and went with hopes some one showed up but even the neighboring shops said they open when they want to. So save your time and money Doc- Aid is where to go."
"The staff will great as you walking in and ask you nicely if you had appointment or as a walking. They do accept chip and medicaid. The rooms are nice and clean but small comfortable for the patient only. They have a recliner for the patient."
"Great customer service , fast friendly great service. Staff full attendant to the patient needs. Doc explains everything and asks if we have any concerns. Great thing about the establishing makes you feel at home. Also part of the neighborhood and nearby awesome"
