"This place is a joke. If I could give a negative 10 that would be my review. They never answer the phone, you're lucky if you can even get a call back or get your prescriptions filled. They cancel your appts without a phone call, they just throw a note on their door saying they're closed. The answering service even dreads sending the call to the office because they go unanswered. When you are lucky enough to have an appt and actually get it, there's at least 60 people in the waiting room and we've waited 3-4 hours to be seen . It's absolutely the worst and we'll be transferring to a different doctor."
