"This place is like an open facility for nurse practitioners to work only because there’s no doctors. The people from the front office especially the one with pink glasses is so rude. That girl seems she’s in a relationship there with someone and thinks she’s all that probably with a married man. My daughter was given double vaccines when she didn’t needed it and was told if she didn’t feel good at home to bring her back or take her to the Er. I hope no one gets hurts if they chose this doctor. Oh and everyone that goes there have asthma because now they’re pushing that in children over a cough. They never call you back and they’ll make you go their office for something like they don’t want to answer through phone. Im a Christian person and personally there’s something demonic in the front desk. It’s either money hungry and a lot of harassment there and poor service."

"DO NOT RECOMMEND! I took my 9 month old son here and we waited the longest time for just a physical! We were there for almost 3 1/2 hours and when we were finally seen the treatment was terrible!!! We left and 2/3 days later ended up in the ER because my son caught RSV! Worst place to take your kids!"

"I’ve had my son here for 3 years already and it’s always the same thing. The staff is always rude and in a bad mood. The doctors are great but it’s very disappointing that the people that run it are never willing to help. They constantly change the hours without any warning. People work and we don’t have time for the ladies in the front to stop taking patients 1 hour and 30 min before lunch. It’s ridiculous!! They open at 9 and stop taking patients at 1030 and expect us to go back till 130 when the sign says they open at 1 and they still tell you that their might be no availability. If you don’t want to work go home. I am definitely going back to my son’s previous pediatrician. I rather drive 20 min than take him there again."

"I Love Dr. Avelino, my kids have seen him for the last 20 years. I love that he has walk-ins, however when it comes to the staff (not all) there could be room for improvement when it comes to the consideration of the patients. I get here when there is no one and wait patiently because I understand that it takes time to see the doctor and be the first one. No one tells me you call before you get seen, and from being the first I am now the last. The parking lot was empty and now it's full. Something could have been posted somewhere. Small considerations go a long way in regards to the quality of service provided."
