"Worst experience of my life. I went in as a new patient for GYN issues, not to get pregnant. I was treated like fool for simple questions made. Though I am an adult, I am very oblivious to many things said because I NEVER had insurance until now and was never able to talk to a OB/GYN before because of the fees. This fact made the doctor speak and treat me like a fool whenever I asked things or tried to get clarification on what was being said. He also made fun of me and my partner for not knowing many things. The nurse that accompanies him into the rooms did try to save face and stop him from being insulting, but it was too late; I already wanted to cry of embarrasment and humiliation. He also has a thick accent that I am not used to and it was a bit difficult for me to understand him and that also made him treat/talk to me worse. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated coming out of that office. I changed doctors the next day."

"I highly recommend Dr. Lyon. I had the best experience with him and his staff. He is such a caring person and answers all your questions. Due to some health factors during pregnancy (high risk), he referred me to Driscoll to make sure I would get the care I needed from him and them. As a first time mom, I can tell u that pregnancy journey was scary, but Doctor Lyon always answer all my questions. He also remembered details from previous visits and would schedule me for follow ups as needed. I knew I was in good hands. Labor and delivery was scary. However, Doctor Lyon arrived as soon as the nurses called him. Once I saw him, I felt relief. I knew everything was going to be fine. And yes, everything went well and it was a fast delivery. Also, Dr. Lyon's staff is always attentive and friendly. I never had a bad experience with them. Receptionists, Nurses, and Medical Assistant are ALWAYS in a good mood. I will always be thankful to him and his team."

"Fantastic doctor, amazing staff. We were able to have Dr. Lyon see us on all but one visit during my pregnancy (due to a scheduling conflict). Dr. Lyon is professional, caring, compassionate, and kind. He’s always available to answer questions, and is more than happy to share his knowledge and experience. Dr. Lyon is easily the best OB/GYN in Laredo. His staff are all wonderful and understanding, and are always very helpful whether getting refills or scheduling appointments. If you choose Dr. Lyon for your pregnancy, you definitely will not regret it!"

"The doctor is extremely patient in explaining everything. He will literally sit down and answer all your questions and concerns. He is also the one that sees you for pregnancy appointments and preforms sonograms himself. He is kind, professional, and passionate about his profession. Aside from him, the staff is so great and helpful too! Over all great experience this far. UPDATE: Dr. Lyon is the best OB there could possibly be. I delivered Nov 3, 2022 and he was with me through the entire process! (If it wasn’t in person it was through a text or call) Not only was he mindful of my own wishes for labor and birth, but also respectful in any decision I took. He always gave me options and always answered all my questions. One of my biggest concerns was tearing during labor and thanks to him, I had a natural birth with no epidural and NOT A SINGLE STITCH! I will forever recommend him and am thankful for all that he has done for me and my little family. On a non-professional note, he is also really funny and easy going. He is humble and courteous. For once, Laredo has a good doctor that is not corrupted by the Laredo ways! #TeamDrLyonForever"
