"Love FNP Alex Villarreal. I've been going to him for more years than I can remember. I moved and still travel to see him. The ONLY reason it's a 4 ⭐ and not a 5 is due to the wait time. Despite the wait time, I have not been able to find anyone who comes close so I'll be coming back as long as I can. Highly recommend Alejandro Villarreal."
"Friendly front desk staff but what a shame that Dr. Sandra Perez is very rude and has no bedside manners . First time I went with my elderly mother and I was in shock at the way she spoke to her . Will be changing her provider without hesitation."
"DONT GO HERE!! I have only been here one time and I will not be going back. The Nurse Practitioner Sandra Perez was horrible, she lacked professionalism and bedside manner. She came into my room and didn’t introduce herself, did my procedure very roughly, glued her eyes to the computer screen, was in a rush to finish, and didn’t even talk to me about her findings, she just left. Once i checked out I saw that they wanted to charge me for an annual AND for an office visit. I asked why and the lady at the front gave me an attitude and a poor explanation. They refused to give me my lab results over the phone, said i had to come in 3 weeks with an appointment to go over them and they won’t release results until then (they just want to charge you for an office visit). I went there in person again (they never picked up the phone) so I can get a copy of the Nurse Practitioner’s notes and the staff was rude to me until i asked to speak to a supervisor about poor patient care. In the Nurse Practitioner’s notes I found information that was not true and information they never told me about. Do yourself a favor and find a different clinic and don’t waste your time here because they will definitely waste your time and your money."
"They always seem to take so long. My son had an appointment at 430 and its already 650 and we're still waiting. Besides that they took 2 months for a well check appointment. I hardly ever come because if this reason. I'm only here to go over some blood work. I might have to start looking for another pediatrician."
"Doctor harrassed a parent, yelled and threw a chair. Refused to let parents leave until they signed papers for a medical procedure that the parents didn't agree with."
