"I would give them a 0 if I could. They denied services to a child because the child got seen at the ER day before they said it has to be 24 hours for him to be seen again or insurance won’t cover, since when do you use your insurance every 24, hours only ! No the issue here is they can’t bill for the initial visit and have to bill lower because it’s the same chief complaint! Like when you go to er and then see a doc it’s billed as a hospital follow up! So instead they turn away a child with fever and stomach pains"

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went to get a simple physical done and they had me waiting for literally an hour. Patients that were getting there after me were leaving first. Saw several other people that were there when they opened and they also had to wait over an hour. You’re better off going to these urgent care places in Laredo, they’re don’t have you waiting there for simple things like these. Never going back there, they’re just wasting time."
