"I had cava the other day and was a pretty big fan of it. The rice is really good here and sets a good base for the rest of the dish. The harrisa chicken was also cooked very well and was packed with flavor. The meat flavor separates it from other places like chipotle or other places that do the same style of food. The mediterranean style incorporated in the food was also very good as the olives and special sauces were really good in combination. The crisp of the pita were also pretty good. Not better than chipotle but still good and will be coming again!"

"I wanted to share my experience with team member Daniel, at this Cava location: 3246 Preston Rd Unit 700 Frisco, TX 75035 (predominantly white area). I entered the restaurant wasn’t greeted and proceeded to walk thru the line to build my bowl. I reach over the glass to show Daniel what I want and he says “I can’t have you reach like”. I looked so confused because I was trying to make sure you give me what I want. The way I was being talked to you would’ve thought I had dirt on my hands or hand stuck my finger in the food! I responded saying “I’m just trying to show you”. He said “I know but you can’t do that”. I’m not that tall so it wasn’t like my full arm was over the food, it was pointed downward, high up. Overall he was rude! I won’t be visiting again and I believe his response/tone to me was racially motivated. Cava, feel free to review camera footage from this location on Jan 10th around 8:10PM. Additional, my food wasn’t even fresh! I didn’t eat it and the portion was small! See the attached picture for reference."

"Food Is great but service was poor. This Employee was giving so much attitude while filling up my bowl. Most of the trays were empty nothing was restocked except protein and rice.she was constantly on her phone while the customers were there. Very disappointed by the service provided. Went to ask for a paper-bag for food she completely ignored me because she was talking to someone on phone. Glad someone else helped me from there. Really management needs to take an action."

"This was my first time going, and I will definitely go back. This Mediterranean food concept is great! Their food is very fresh and tasty, and I truly enjoyed it. Service was really good as well. They were very patient, being my first time there. I had the SPICY CHICKEN + AVOCADO pita. Delicious!"
