"The WORST customer service at a doctor's office. The front desk and staff are the rudest people who should not even be in the healthcare field (as they do not care for the patients and their well-being at all). They take FOREVER (about 3 weeks) to call back with lab results and then will also LIE about lab results being "normal" when they are the complete opposite. I have waited, SEVERAL times, for about 3 hours to only be seen for 20 minutes. Doctor is very dismissive about certain situations, especially if you are a young woman (he will tell you everything is fine when it is NOT). Overall, very disappointed and disgusted, and I would not even recommend this office to my worst enemy. If you want to be seen and heard as a woman, this office is NOT IT."

"If you are a husband and care about your wife, don’t come here. Being a man you are segregated and can not be part of the medical examination. I understand they have procedures to do in this clinic, but being a husband represents legal authority to take a decision in case of emergency or risk of life. They just want for you to get out and not being able to wait inside the building."

"What kind of staff does Montalvo hire? My wife went to see him because she was feeling sick at 11am and He prescribed her medication. They failed to send the prescription because they cared more about their 1 (1/2) lunch. I called back after their lunch @1:30pm and yet they failed send it. They tell me it just got sent to heb plus. Mind you Heb plus was listed as the primary pharmacy. I called heb plus and nothing yet. I called back Montalvos office 30 min later @2:05pm and now they say it was sent to Walgreens on Mcphereson. If i wanted to send get it sent to heb plus that i need it to do that on my own. Its 2:39pm and Walgreens hasnt received the prescription. Montalvo you need to clean house and hire new staff. They are getting too comfortable."

"AMAZING doctor little wait time BUT front desk is rude, sonographer doesn’t make you feel excited about seeing your baby he seems cold and makes your experience sad, nurses who drew blood and took vitals however were sweet. NP is alright a little to fast when explaining kinda just rushing through. Wish Montalvo was there all the time. Do not like that relatives/husband can only come in for sonogram. Dad has questions too would like to be there with me when I’m seeing doctor. Other than that if you don’t mind rudeness and want an AMAZING doctor I recommend"
