"Excellent staff. I have a suggestion though. Can your clinic please post rules about patients turning on their cell phones and games at loud volumes in the waiting room? Same for children's video games. It is very distressing to listen to all that noise when you're sick and waiting to be seen. The kids should have earbuds and adults should know better."

"Vital med on the north side is the best. Always heals my kids n myself by giving us the best care and attention to what our symptoms are. Before you know it in a few days you can feel the body healing. If they could make vital meds doctors my kids pediatrician doctor. I would."

"Horrible service! Wait time was over an hour with an appointment. The front staff were the only ones welcoming really. Once we were seen the nurse practitioner was extremely rude. Didn’t even greet us just said what he was there for. Was checking my son’s eyes and told him to focus on the light. My boy looked away only for a second and in an aggressive tone says “ I said focus!” Then when he was to check my kids knees reflexes he asked him to scoot. My kid leaned back and he stares at him and again in his tone says “ you are leaning back, I said scoot!” I get it he’s probably had a long day, but that is in no way our(the patients) fault. He chose the job/hours. No wonder it was only $20. Never again!"

"Had to do a TB test for my son (nonverbal , on the spectrum) and was worried, as usual, about how he was gonna struggle with being poked by a needle. I was able to communicate my concerns to the nurse that attended me, and she was so patient in letting me ease him into the process and needing to hold him to keep him calm. She was quick to call for assistance from another nurse who came by and was able to keep my son from struggling too much. They even had him count to 10 as they finished the procedure. At the end of the visit , my son wasn’t crying or overwhelmed at all. It was a huge relief seeing how helpful, patient, and accommodating the staff was."
