"I needed to get lab work done for a doctor's appt. in a week that is out of town. There was a sign in the window that said they would be closed on Jan. 1, 2024, but for the last 2 days no one has been there and I can't the lab work done in time for my appt. I have never had a problem with them, but I needed my blood drawn a week before my appt. and now it's not going to get done and that is the whole purpose of my appt. I have a Thyroid issue and take meds that get adjusted according to what my lab work shows and I had to change my appt. and the soonest they can scheduel an appt with my doctor isn't until the end of March"
"The store hours are from 8am to 4pm so I showed up at 2:30pm and they refused to take me even with my lab orders. The receptionist is telling that I needed to showed before 14:00. Bad customer service."
