"Great customer service, Dr Haddad took his time with me . Yes there is a wait time but it’s all worth it because he will do the same for you ."

"Bring a mask, nose plugs, or a clothespin. Your nostrils will thank you for it. Even GI doctors don’t smell like colon as bad as this guy. They do urine cultures in plastic cups that you can find on any generic grocery store shelf, and they don’t have any lids or ways to make the transferral to their nurses hygienic. They make you carry it out of the bathroom to a desk, past the open doorway looking directly out into the lobby and entrance to the office. The doctor is condescending and not helpful. Makes you reach for more information from him, and acts almost as if he is a “celebrity”, as you won’t even see him for 1/4 of the time that you’re there. You’re always treated as if you’re taking up his time, and he acts as if he could “be dealing with something more important right now”. Did almost nothing in terms of sharing information with my GP, didn’t check what procedures had already been done or what medicines were already prescribed, and therefore prescribed me the same thing I had already been taking from my GP for almost a month at that point. If you are young, spare your mind and body the time and stress it takes to even get into his office. Seek a younger urologist that cares about you and the further treatments necessary to solving your problems. You will assuredly be happier, even if it requires driving a bit further than Big Spring."

"The staff are awesome, Friendly, Patient and Knowledgeable. Dr. Haddad was Patient, Knowledgeable, Thorough and Kind. He took his time to answer my questions and his office is busy. He never made me feel rushed orlike my concerns weren't valid. The procedures were not pleasant at all but he and his nurse kept me relaxed as possible. Dr. Haddad explained the procedure to me step by step. So this has been my experience. And why I gave them Five star's. P.S. I'm a scary cat."
