"Went in to Big Spring Urgent Care, they were kinda busy, so it took a few min to get seen. The nurse and the Dr were both great, very attentive, and very polite. Even called a few days later to check and see how I was feeling, would definitely recommend this place."

"I went back to Urgent Care on Saturday 10/28/2023 as I had previously gone the Tuesday before for pink eye. When the NP Ms Hernandez went to the examination room I explained to her my eye was not getting better and that my ear now hurt and I could feel a pounding along with me having head congestion and that I felt awful. Let me tell you she had NO BED SIDE MANNERS!! She told me I had probably irritated my ear with a Q-tip even though I told her I had not used one in weeks. She assured me that’s what it was and that that she would order some ear drops but could not do anything else for my other symptoms. She shrugged her shoulders and sent me on my way. She DEFINITELY DID NOT WANT TO BE THERE!! Really?? No wonder each time I have gone there I never see more than one other patient at a time. I had NEVER been treated so poorly there before, but I promise I WILL NOT be going back. I left and went straight to Affordacare on Gregg St and they were AMAZING and did everything to make me feel better. They took care of me, and I had a double ear infection, the eye drops I was taking were not working so a new one was ordered along with antibiotics for me ear and a shot for my other symptoms! ONE day later I feel so much better. Shame on Ms Hernandez for not caring about her patients! They lost me as one FULLY INSURED PAYING PATIENT FOR SURE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!"

"Can in today with asthma problems and the Nurse Practitioner was so kind and helpful with my needs. She listened to my concerns and before she even started with her own questions and asked questions on my health. The Assistant was also so kind and helpful and polite with asking questions about my health. I received home care at a urgent care center. I highly recommended that for any kind of medical needs."

"I just recently went, my symptoms were upper respiratory infection symptoms. Because I tested negative for flu, Covid, and strep the doctor judged my dental hygiene and said it due to that. 102 fever, coughing, chest pain, body aches. A tooth. Told me to brush my teeth better. 2 days later I am now in the hospital with double ear infection, complete asymptomatic infection in my lungs, and bronchitis."

"Terrible practice. I can go to any other urgent care or drs office as a VA patient and they can figure out billing. The staff is so rude. We've taken our daughter before when she had strep and was told she needs to be seen by her pcp (her pcp was backed up several days we checked before we came)."
