"Wonderful people who genuinely care about their customers and their animals! It’s worth the hour drive for us to take all of our animals there!"

"If I could rate negative 50 I absolutely would! Do not recommend!!! After hitting our guy with pain meds and oil and lots of walking our young adult daughter made the call to take her horse in for colic. Ultrasound showed no twist. They told the horse if he acted like a terd he would be treated like one due to anxiety. We tried to have Grace and understanding as it’s cold and colic season. But the way they handled this was not in the best interest of the horse or professional. They hooked him to iv and told my daughter they would do everything they could. They removed from iv, let him lie down and 3 hours later was “worse” 2 hours after that even worse then stuck outside where he thrashed horribly. When arriving to get him he was busted up all over his legs and had rubbed his eyes raw and pulled a shoe. She was rude the entire time. Like we had prolonged this and made him suffer. To each their own but no ma’am was that ever the case. Spoke down to my daughter and acted as if she stayed up all night walking him and keeping fluids and meds going. My daughter could have at least done that at home! They sedated. That’s it. NO pain meds like she said they did! NONE! The main thing even after 3 hours was euthanization. Acted annoyed when I asked to have him tubed with oil. Never again will I take a horse to this clinic! Not under Michelle! Very unprofessional. All because he was a nervous horse I feel we lost him. If you didn’t want to mess with it, give some meds and let them be on their way. Don’t treat a person family member like that!! Very saddened for the loss of our best guy because she sure seemed to “not have the time” if that’s the case, you’re in the wrong field or need a day off. So if you want to keep your horse alive and surgery isn’t an option, don’t leave them here. If you have an “anxious terd” don’t take them here. That’s how they’ll treat them!"

"Highly disappointed. i have heard many great things but today they made me stand outside for 30 minutes just to tell me they won’t do my pigs neuter. i understand not wanting to risk it but it would have been nice to know when i made the appointment. then the vet was beyond rude to me when i told her my frustrations. i had been waiting for 45 minutes just to be told they won’t do it. they should have communicated their concerns over the phone or when i got there, not make me wait with a pig in arms for 45 minutes."

"LOVE these guys! The prices are reasonable, and they truly care about your animals. Dr. Brock is thorough and explains things simply. The techs are always gentle and respectful with your animals. We had to send our sweet, Lady Myra over the rainbow bridge recently, and I can't express how grateful I am for the way they handled it. They took their time and kept the situation as calm as possible for Myra. Thank you guys so much for what you do! ❤️"
