"Our family dog had an acute infection, that actually caused him to go blind. It was heartbreaking. Dr. Johnson explained everything in great detail so we understood, the staff was amazing! We truly felt concern, compassion and kindness from everyone there. Thank you so much! Chromie and the rest of the Bruton family."

"Jim has taken care of all our fur babies since birth with no problems. Last year had a problem with a guy vet tech very rude he said our dog would die cause he is mean. I called Jim back after leaving told him the situation Jim said that should have never happened and he took care of it. We went back with our dog two weeks ago was very happy with Jim and his vet techs they were very sweet. We do miss Tracy up front cause she was right on the ball with ever thing. Take care all."

"Maybe they're better with farm animals... but dogs? In my one time experience, my dog and I did not have a pleasant experience. Firstly, why do they keep the dog the night before surgery if they're not doing blood work? I took my dog in at 4pm the day before surgery. She hadn't eaten since 4am and I asked if they could feed her (even brought her food) and I was told they were not allowed to eat. WHY?!? It's understandable to not have them eat past 10pm but at 4? When it's been 12 hours since they last ate and then I pick her up at 4pm the next day and they said not to feed her until the next morning. That's 36 hours without food... an 8lbs dog who could have blood sugar problems. I thought when I got her she was crying because of pain... no. She was so hungry. I fed her a tiny bit of chicken and rice that I made and she was content afterward. When I got her, they handed her to me and I realized she had silver all over her belly. I know it's supposed to be an antibiotic mix but having it all over the place? Her incision was put together unevenly... and then I got to my car and realized she had dry feces all over her butt! You keep them overnight..for no valid reason.. you could at least have someone there to let them out to use the bathroom, and if they have an accident, CLEAN THEM! I got home and realized they had charged me $12 for a nail trim but didn't even trim her nails. Although the reimbursed me, it makes me wonder if they remembered to give her the $35 pain shot I signed for. Today is day 5 post op. The surgical glue/silver mix flaked off and when it came out (which I'm assuming was way too early) her incision split open. I took her into another vet and they were sour faced about how her incision looked. They gave her antibiotics and said to watch it. when I got home from work I realized it was bleeding. Needless to say, $200, another sedation, 3 hours later my puppy is finally SUTURED up and on her way to recovery. Oh, and you might want to get another phone line if the line is going to remain busy 98% of the day."
