"Dr. Herrings nurse Kim is the absolute worse nurse I have ever came in contact with. She is very rude and disrespectful. So rough with our two year old. We’ve been there 3 separate times and each time something happens with her. He went once for shots and she didn’t secure his leg and poked him twice with the needle and because he was kicking she scratched him with the needle. When trying to get his blood pressure she holds onto his wrist so tight. When my husband asks her to stop she just looks at him and continues to be rough with him. She is always rolling her eyes and making snarky comments. Dr. Herring is okay, but he is not thorough at all. He doesn’t even touch my son. No exam whatsoever. I recently took him in for diarrhea and he told me it would clear up on its own and prescribed him a $300 rash cream which his insurance wouldn’t cover? I took him into the walk-in clinic and he tested positive for flu b. So definitely not something that will “clear up on its own”. Everyone that helped at the walk-in clinic is so kind and attentive! They are amazing. Klarrisa and Priscilla are awesome! Whenever they answer the phone they are so willing to help and point me in the right direction. We will not be returning to that clinic because of Dr. Herrings nurse."
