"Mr. Benavides is the best lawyer in the world. He saved me and my whole family within just 10 days. I was charged by the DA for assaulting a family member, which was not true. I thought everything was clear and I had all the evidence to prove my innocence, and the court wouldn't do anything rather than dismiss the case without any conditions. But, I was wrong, and I never had a chance. The court assigned a lawyer to me, but he never wanted to talk to me. Instead, he implied that I should take the court plea offer with conditions including one year PTI. Bad idea that was.
