"These guys have been the absolute worst when it comes to communication and responding to any inquiries. Anytime that I asked for an update on my case it took me calling to ask if it would be better if I just came in. That is when I magically got a response from my “lawyer”. My case settled in 2022 and it has been going on two years for them to “settle” with everyone which they use the COVID excuse. I sent two emails in October 2023 and received zero responses to . I even called twice to ask for an update do you think they bothered to reach out? They consistently find excuses on how this was acceptable to do. It is now January and I have yet to receive any response from the emails I sent in October. I would not recommend using them and I wouldn’t use them in the future either."
