Methodist Hospital Landmark

"This is not only a hospital, it is a massive loving support system. On January 10, 2024, I arrived to the ICU via paramedics. As I was taken to my room, each staff member and nurse I passed by all waved and greeted me by my first name. I went in feeling terrified because of my condition and physical state I was in. That fear faded immediately with how caring and compassionate each nurse was towards me. The Dr. is so amazing. He was so kindhearted and took the time to explain everything. This hospital is still fairly new but all their medical equipment and testing are the cutting edge. Everyone working here is knowledgeable and eager to help and explain. The two floors I was put in, have amazing managers that came to visit me and make sure I am feeling satisfied with my care. It wasn't all business; they even took the time to get to know us and talk to us. You NEVER get that type of treatment anywhere else. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food service they provide is also top quality packed with flavor. They even dress each meal with a gorgeous orchid. When it was my time to move out of the ICU, the amazing nurses celebrated my health recovery and made me feel, like a star. On the fourth floor they gave me the tour of my new room, which looked more like a 5 star hotel than a hospital room! Still mind blown over it all. Gorgeous big window views... I can't express well enough with words on how much the nurses in the ICU mean to me. They took care me as if I was one of their own flesh and blood. I am here today able to write this lengthy review because of each and everyone one of those beautiful souls. To my beautiful ICU family, I am sorry if I misspelled any of your names but I must share a celebratory thank you to each of you. You all possess the healing hands, smiles, and the biggest hearts. May each of you continue to grow, smile, and feel the love you all truly deserve. I wish I had taken a picture of each of you! "Today we’re going home and all I can say is that these days here my son was given an Amazing Medical care . If we could name everyone involved in his medical care we would would fill a page! Starting in ER to the 4th floor absolutely everyone was compassionate, caring and prompt to my son’s medical needs. From housekeeping, dietary, the Amazing kind Nurses from all shifts to the Doctor from ER to Dr Sinha and his great knowledge ! We definitely are grateful and appreciate everything done to make my son better under their medical care. One more thing this hospital is Beautiful and the cleanliness reflects in every area. "Compassionate, caring excellent care! I flew in from another state for specialized surgery not available in my area. Methodist Hospital Landmark is a beautiful hospital, new to the Methodist Hospital chain. It's incredibly clean and decorated in a stunning way, from the lobby to your individual room. As I entered the lobby I was greeted by Eferon who checked me into the hospital. Each staff member excels in caring for the patients. The other nurses are 5 star, each with genuine smiles, making sure you have everything needed to be comfortable. They're very discreet each time, knocking gently on the door & announcing themselves, waiting for you to say that it's okay before coming in to your room. The food is delicious and well presented; my meal came with a live orchid on top! The food service manager visits to ensure that everything is true liking. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone."
