I informed him that there is a last name change order for the child. Not knowing that the order has been completed, he said "oh you shouldn't change the child's last name bc that's his dad.. if you do i would slap you" ....1- you don't know the situation bc u barely let me talk anyway nor care to listen what i had to say. 2- im trying to hire you & thats how you speak to ppl who is willing to give u money? 3- you're very unprofessional. His little helper Kenneth was in the same room. & the price is outrages (i am saying this bc I've already compared other lawyers). I will file a complaint to the state bar of texas."

"The paralegal or clerk handling the traffic tickets is incompetent. Doesn’t understand basic ticketing terms and refuses to let you talk. His accent is extremely hard to understand, English or Vietnamese. Call in at 9 AM to talk to the lawyer instead and he told me to call back at 10:30 AM umm ok. Take your $100 elsewhere."
