"I've worked at this hospital for over 12 years. The staff and the doctors deeply care about every patient, family member, or visitor that comes through the doors. When my mom got injured last week, I was able to confidently advise her to come to Methodist Mansfield. They took great care of her in the ER in the Fast Track area. While it did take a while because our population is growing faster than the hospital can build, everyone was so kind, helpful, and generous with their time. A special shout out to the charge nurse that night, Chris Dodd, who made sure my parents were well taken care of."

"Such a great birth here at Mansfield Methodist. All of my interactions with staff from check in at labor and delivery to postpartum were amazing. The staff were all very attentive and personable, not to mention great communication between shift changes. Will definitely be coming back for future babies, and recommending Methodist Mansfield to all of my pregnant friends!"

"Title: Disappointing Experience at Methodist Hospital: Cleaning Quality and Organization Fall Short Rating: ★★☆☆☆ I recently visited Methodist Hospital for an emergency situation, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The hospital's cleanliness and organizational system were extremely disappointing, leading to a frustrating and uncomfortable visit. Let's start with the cleaning quality. Upon entering the hospital, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The floors appeared dirty, and there were visible stains on furniture in the waiting areas. This lack of cleanliness was not only unappealing but also raised concerns about hygiene and patient safety. It left me questioning the hospital's commitment to maintaining a sterile environment, especially in areas where infection control is crucial. Additionally, the organization of the hospital was severely lacking. Despite being directed to the fast-track emergency room, I ended up waiting for more than two hours before receiving any medical attention. This extended waiting period was incredibly frustrating, as the purpose of a fast-track system is to provide timely care to patients with urgent medical needs. The hospital's failure to adhere to this system reflected a lack of efficiency and professionalism. Furthermore, the temperature inside the hospital was uncomfortably cold. The air conditioning seemed to be set at an extremely low temperature, giving the environment an unwelcoming and uncomfortable feel. Patients, including myself, were left shivering and longing for some warmth and comfort. Overall, my experience at Methodist Hospital was far from satisfactory. The poor cleaning quality, disorganized system, excessive waiting time, and freezing temperature all contributed to a subpar visit. As a healthcare facility, it is essential for a hospital to prioritize cleanliness, maintain an organized system, and provide a comfortable environment for patients. Regrettably, Methodist Hospital fell short in these aspects, and I would hesitate to recommend it to others in need of medical care."
