"Canceled order at last moment so we couldn't get flowers for funeral. Wanted almost double the money was paid online. Poor service and not even an option to get anything else. Not recommended"

"I was coming into town from Louisiana and had called to order flowers for my parent’s 50th anniversary. Very friendly/kind during the phone call and when I picked the flowers up. The arrangement was beautiful. We have been sitting in my parent’s home and able to smell the flowers across the kitchen and living room. I would definitely recommend Helen’s."

"Very unprofessional…. My grandmother (who had been a long time supporter of Helen’s I believe my aunt was Helen’s first wedding or one of the first) passed away and we had the services during bad weather bc of people coming out of town. I would never ask someone to risk anything. But they called me at 230 stating they are closing down and not be able to deliver the flowers for the service. And actually turned down flowers people where trying to order for the service. If we had not already paid with a check I would have reversed the charges on my card. I offered to personally come and pick them up the day of service because Helen lives in the flower shop. I was told no. So they did end up delivering the flowers to the funeral home Wednesday afternoon but instead of having nice fresh flowers for the services they were dropping from being at room temperature for so long and starting to show signs of wear. This was after I have given them just at a thousand dollars that week. I will never use Helen’s florist again. This is probably one of the only bad reviews i have ever written. But just so unprofessional and absolutely no loyalty."

"My family and I purchased flowers for a Urn, 15 boutonieres and 3 rings for 3 candles. They were supposed to be at the church at 10:30 as the service was scheduled for 12. It was 11:45 when I called Helen's because the delivery hadn't been made. They told me the truck was being loaded. Needless to say we didn't have time to use everything, only the flowers for the Urn. I called that Monday, and Helen refused to give us a refund. Even one of her workers wanted to go in her purse and give us what she had. Helen's should not be that hard up for money to treat people like that. We had $200 in flowers that we didn't use. She never came out of her office, she sent the employees out to tell us. Poor customer service"

"I want to thank Helens florist for the gracious way they handled my online order. I needed funeral flowers to be delivered to to a funeral home outside their delivery area. They personally contacted me and together along the help of a relative we were able to complete my order and the beautiful bouquet arrived on time. Also would like to thank the employee who carried the bouquet to the car and arranged sand bags around it to keep it upright. If I could have given Helens 10 stars I would have."
