"I had to wait over an hour for a person to bring out an order that I was supposed to be able to pick up yesterday, but because they didn't have it checked in I had to come back today and now they can't find anyone to bring me my order out to the trailer. I've been waiting like I said for over an hour and have gone inside to check on the order at least twice. It's a shame when after you've already paid for your items that they get them to you at their convenience not yours. I still have almost 50 miles to drive to get back home yet!!"
