"Great place friendly and respectful neighbors. management is great and understanding. nice clean lot, rent isn't bad for the area. Has everything you need for rv living water electric internet and direct sewage(no dump stations you have to bring your waste to) currently here and would highly recommend R&C to anyone"

"No amenities, no shade, very cramped lot, management lies and is very confrontational. It is ridiculously priced for a bare minimum RV park. It’s basically a gravel parking lot. Not to mention the water is brown that comes from the hydrant that your supposed to connect your RV to. Would Not recommend."
