"I rate Viet places by the quality of their Pho. And this place is decent - but not great. Meatballs were were chewy and overcooked. Brisket was not tender. Good for a quick lunch. Fair prices. But if you’re looking for a delicious Pho - this is not it."
"Customer service was terrible, food is mediocre. I placed an order on their website and it said ready in 10-20 min so. I went 20min after it was placed. When I walked to the register the woman who asked if my order was for dine in or to go didn’t look up from her phone as she questioned me or when I told her I placed an online order. She asked where I placed it I told her it was on their website, she picked up the tablet and said ok we don’t get notified when it comes in so I haven’t put the order in yet and she would make it now. If this is a known issue then you would think they would be proactive and check their system from time to time or look into why they don’t get notified. There was no apology on the fact that I got my food 40min after I placed the order, when I was handed my order once again she was was too busy in her phone."
"Great spot to get Viet food in the Galleria. I like coming here for lunch when I worked in the area. It's located in a small strip plaza with a few parking spots out in the front. The interior is a bit small but you can manage to find a seat or if you just want to do to-go. During lunch time, it does get busy as people who work in area come here often. The pho is a bit Americanized but, nonetheless, still good. They have great portion for their pho. The broth is flavorful. Services are quick and friendly."
"I tried the seafood pho soup. In my opinion, it was mediocre. The broth leaned too sweet for my taste and seemed to lack depth in flavor. Additionally, the shrimp, with only three per bowl, didn’t impress me either."
"Never knew this place was here, I was definitely craving some soup. Service was fast, the place is small but there is seating inside and outside. I do wish they had more spice options! But food was flavorful and fresh."
