"If I could I'd give 0 stars. This man took our hard earned money $500 dollars promising to help us with a land purchase. We spoke 2-3 times and suddenly we couldn't locate him anymore. He did not answer or return messages. His secretary was of no help. Stay away. He needs to return our $500 dollars."

Mr. Garza promised to do an amicable partition but never at least bothered looking or contacting all siblings for the matter.
