Rockin' Roadrunner

"Purchased food to go and drove 30 min to try this place out, we ordered the Pho and the Larry’s special. First off the pho was horrible not sure why they put the noodles in with the broth and the Thai basil on top these should be seperated on a to go order the noodles where mush and broken up into tiny pieces the broth tasted like water with a ton of star of anise overwhelmingly like just star of anise. The basil was all wilted from being in the hot broth and the meatball in the Pho was so bad I had to spit it out. This is by far the worst Pho I’ve ever had, keep in mind there were no other customers there when I picked up my order so it wasn’t like they were busy during a rush hour. The Larry’s special was lacking flavor but loaded with salt it just tasted like onions and salt the beef in it tasted bad like it was spoiled. The owner told me everything is made from scratch but the carrots in the food tasted like frozen carrots. Overall a horrible food experience and I really wanted this place to be good. Save your tastebuds and your money because you would be just throwing it away, I had to throw away my food after trying to eat a few bites because I was starving. I’ve also read other bad reviews and the owner obviously can’t take criticism that is very apparent so I’m sure he or she will write something back nasty because they are so professional."

"This is definitely my favorite place to get food from on the south side of the lake! The food is so fresh and not only does it taste AMAZING, but it is a beautiful dish. I forgot to take a picture before I ate it but next time we get food from here I will post a picture. If you're looking for something delicious, fresh and made with love, order from here. My favorite dish is the rice noodle stir fry with chicken and beef. We have not eaten there so I can't speak on the in house service but if I had to guess, it would be a 5 star rating too."

"Hidden gem is 100% accurate. The food was amazing!! The location is a little off the beaten path, but don’t let it fool you. I believe it’s just the two people running it, so be patient and you’ll get some delicious food!"
