However, they did not file a first-time abatement form on my behalf (according to the IRS), as was promised, and a large fee (many thousands of dollars) was sent over to a collections agency. They have been reading my emails, but not responding, and not answering the phone, so it's now on me to remedy a fee that otherwise should never have been charged."
