"I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and then when I get to the window they said it will be another 7 more minutes because they wanted to ask if I wanted it I ordered it there is no way that I didn’t want it wow ain’t no way I would have people ruining my business wow"
"Had the best customer service once I walked in I was greeted with a welcome by Jonell he took my order and helped me. He explained to me some items I had an extra charge. I want to thank him for such a good customer service. I will definitely be coming back, the whole staff was nice and sweet. It was really organized and cleaned. Recommend everyone to this location. The food was really good."
"Order two plates with double orange chicken. The chicken was dark, tough and looked burned. I took the orders back to the restaurant and ask for another order because of the issues. I was told all the orange chicken looked like that, but that it was fine. She said her manager thought the same things but tasted it and said it was fine. I am a long time customer of Panda Express and I have never seen the chicken this dark. So I requested a refund, the cashier said ‘they’ don’t give refunds. I asked her how are you going to tell me I can’t get my money back, she said that is what she was told no refund because the drawer would be short. I told her I paid with my card. Then she said she wouldn’t know how to refund a card. I asked was that a Panda Express policy and she said their location’s policy, but she doesn’t know about other locations. I then asked for a manager, she told me she was not a manager but she was in charge. Savanna was very nice but I was very disappointed in the food and how the situation was handled."
"I have tried this place several times in hopes that it will get better but it’s actually getting worse. They never give you enough meat just a big bowl of rice and I’m sick of it. I try to support my community but this is ridiculous!!!!"
