"Our stay at this 106 year old hotel was a true pleasure. Our room was very large and spotless. The workmanship on the renovation of this building was immaculate. Cole was the gentleman that signed us in and showed us around. Apparently Cole did much of the renovation work himself. They used to serve meals, but currently they do not. They are hoping to change that in the future."
"It was a very nice hotel. They did such a beautiful restoration job, preserving the authenticity of the historic building, while making it feel so clean and welcoming. We were greeted by Cole who was so friendly and accommodating. It was so peaceful, a great stay indeed."
"Car broke down in Magdalena and we were forced to wait for a tow. Directed the Magdalena Hall Hotel for hospitality. Ate at Kelly's place in the lobby. Kelly is a warm and gracious host. He let us sit outside and enjoy the views and brought water for our dog. We had a great meal. Very affordable and filling. Fruit smoothies really hit the spot. The hotel manager Cole was extremely helpful and kind and said we could get a room if we needed to stay. The hotel is nice, in the center of town but off the main drag. It has outdoor seating w beautiful views of the mountains. The onsite restaurant serves homestyle meals and the hosts gave us a nice warm welcome and comfortable accommodations. We had a great time in Magdalena our home base was the Hall Hotel."
"I return to this hometown a few times each year. We eat at the café at least once a visit. The staff is always friendly and service is very good. We recently stayed in the hotel for the first time (2 nights) and it was a great visit. We stayed in the suite which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own thermostat with new, wall-mounted heating/cooling units which worked perfectly. The hotel was quiet during our stay (between Christmas and New Year's). The location is convenient, because my parents live down the street so we could spend plenty of time with them and walk back to the hotel when needed. Cole was welcoming and helpful. I've already started recommending to family members to stay here when they visit."
