"Staff is very unprofessional, unethical, has no integrity no professionalism and if you move in and put a service request then they will harass you, text people that you know instead of texting you, put a three day notice on your door that's illegal and, ultimately, and up in court in a losing battle against them were they want have to pay $500 give a free month's rent and move me to the next place I live because of their unethical behavior. I have tried to mediate with them to no avail and, I definitely intend to sue them a court and, ask for damages considering I own a business and I haven't even been here 30 days and, on top of that, I have never in all of my years in business because I own a business and the owners know that, ever treated somebody with such unethical behavior it and show no integrity and my business dealings after I took somebody's money like these people have mine. One thing is for sure,they will try to tell you after you sign a month-to-month lease that they can actually put a three day notice on the door and then file theft of services which is a joke this is a civil case and it's going to court and I will tell my side to the judge and I have owned a successful business for 34 years I'm an a+ rated business I have a very good star rating I was a former certified arborist and, not only if they retaliated against me and harass me they have tried to put my home and my business in jeopardy also. I have given my 30 days notice in I expect to see them to court and I will tell anybody to stay far far away from this place because they are unethical unprofessional and, think they can come from California to Texas take people's money and treat them any way they want and they will find out very soon and court that that is not the way Texas law works. you cannot treat people with unethical behavior and if this was stealing, you cannot act without integrity you cannot talk to somebody with that professionalism you cannot harass a person for putting in service request and you also cannot try to evict somebody that has been in this facility for less than 30 days and rest assured I've done nothing wrong except for ask for my rights as a tenant to be respected and they have not been since I've been here. As I said, steer clear of this place because of not you'll probably be in the same situation I'm in but I intend to win in court. Ps. Any further attempt to harass me, academic integrity or reply to this posted a negative way will just add to the court issues that I already have with this part so I would say I would only remove this one star rating if mediation is taken care of but if not, I have no problem leaving this post up because everything I said is true and I believe in God and I believe in helping people and, my post will definitely help somebody else not moving in here and being treated in the way that I have been."
