"Those Stars Should Have A Negative Symbol In Front Of It... Power Went Out Twice For 20 Minutes Each Time... Didn't accommodate For The Power Being Off... Asked For Late Check Out Since Power Went Out I Was Told It Would Be $30 For The Extra Hour...Killed A Few Roaches On Wall... RUDE inconsiderate horrible at customer service"

"So much to say.....new management treated us very badly. Don't go here. They were very rude and unaccomodating. 1. We called to make reservations directly, several days before arriving. They took our credit card information, but when we arrived, they claimed we had no reservations. 2. We were hauling a long trailer (we have been attending this hotel for the past 20 years under previous management, no issues with the trailer), new management would not open the side gate and made us squeeze past several cars around two tight corners. They said they would not be there to open it in the morning either. They would rather risk us hitting several cars than open a gate. Later, the man at the front said he did not have a key even though the gate was open the day before (another resident told us it was open). 3. Management had to open the room door for us. Apparently there was no key. So if you left your room, you need to go to the front office so they can open it again every time you leave. Going to grab something from your car? Too bad. If the door closes, you are locked out. 4. The rooms appeared clean but extremely dated. The Richie Bros auction site is nearby and this location is ideal. We usually come about 40x a year for auctions.Will not be returning. They just lost out on regular customers."

"me and my 9 month old daughter stayed in room 108 and we both got ate up with bed bugs! I called to confront them and they just quickly denied it!"

"Blood stains on the carpet, staff argued with me that room was up to standards. Bed bugs were found in my room and several other rooms, and again despite the issues that residents brought up, staff didn't take our complaints seriously. Very unhappy with the stay. If I could give 0 stars, I would."

"Bed bugs, just avoid the place all together. I went to get my pet deposit back and instead of giving it to me, I was told I need to leave a tip for the housekeepers because my room was DISGUSTING he said.... Not because of my pet, but because I complained about bed bugs... I told them keep the $50 and just suck up the loss from this review. (Okay so I swore and said a lot more about the bed bugs, he yelled back and told me I'm a liar they have no bed bugs...)"
