"I am very upset and disappointed that my IHG Membership account is not reflecting the "late checkout" option. Secondly, I was wrongfully charged for something that I was not told prior to, that it would incur an additional charge. Further, it was extremely late and not needed anymore. The "Customer/ Guest Service" here is extremely mediocre, dry, and isn't accommodating at all. They didn't even tell me that breakfast was included with this stay! Staff excluded pertinent information regarding perks included in our stay at this Holiday Inn Express hotel. Currently occupying the room! I feel like we aren’t getting all that we paid for with this hotel."

"After a long ride, it was a very peaceful and convenient place to stay when away from home. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff Victoria was very kind when calling to reserve and helpful with anything I needed also gave a few suggestions of areas I may like visiting for my weekend stay. She’s amazing we need more people with the customer service that was provided by her . In the evening Brandon with the black button was a doll with assisting me with extra bedding I needed. Very cool guy he’s very sweet and professional I loved his helpful attitude. With that kinda of treatment I felt more than valued as a guest/customer both 10/10. I recommend staying here. I felt very safe inside and outside. The complementary breakfast was great. Smells fresh and the staffing is awesome. We will be back! Thank you for being a great part of such an awesome weekend."

"Lady in the front with the blue hair has a nasty attitude for no reason. When I came to the front desk the blue hair girl and another lady were there. Blue hair didn’t even look at me or acknowledge me. The other lady took a second to say anything she kept looking at blue hair then she helped me. Morning of check out I asked if I could have a late check out. Blue hair says it’s only for rewards members. I said “ I am a rewards member” blue hair says “well your not in the system” with an attitude quickly. She has no customer service skills the correct thing to say is “may I have your rewards number I don’t see you in the system” Once she got my number she said she’ll give the late check out and hung up. 30 minutes before late check they send a wake up call. I didn’t not need nor ask for a wake up call that was unnecessary and rude. Wake up calls aren’t given unless requested. I have stayed here other times and she always has a stink look on her face and is not approachable The other day at the front desk with long hair was nice and the night time front desk Hispanic man is nice. Housekeeping comes too early at 9:35am Cable didn’t work in room."

"Be careful ever going to this place thefts are high. Employor doesn't care about their employees and whatever you do don't be disabled and go there. They treat both guest and employees bad. I can't believe IHG actually supposts this type of shady business. Shame on you IHG."

"Wonderfully clean ! Jeff at the front desk was on his best game ! If there were more stars ,I'd give them more ! Definitely staying here next time also!"
