"You may see clean but this place has an unbelievable odor soon as you walk in I could smell the funny smell then on my way to my room I took the elevator up to the third floor I could’ve thrown up that smell was so horrible they has some humidifier to clear the air and clearly it wasn’t working get to my room omg talk about smelled like feet back alleyways and piss it was horrible we tuffed it out cause we paid for the room already I sprayed multiple body sprays to get us through the night ….. Room was nice Water was good and hot Water pressure was the best Bed was extra comfortable It was just the funk"

"This hotel is AWFUL! Upon arriving, the front desk agent LEON was the rudest person ever. He offered me a dirty room because there were no rooms available at our check in time. He tried to blame the house keepers. We came back later, the next front desk agent MELANIE then charged my card TWICE for the room. I asked them to resolve this and they refuse to refund me and keep telling me to dispute this with my bank. Why?? If YOU took my money! Melanie told me a manager would be in on Saturday to resolve this and when we came to speak to them, we were told no one would be back until Monday. Unacceptable! I’m visiting here from out of town for the first time and these two people have absolutely ruined my trip. I would’ve checked out if they didn’t already take my money! I’ve contacted corporate since these people refuse to do anything. Manager needs to get rid of these incompetent people and hire more friendly, welcoming, and competent people."
