"Price was good if booked online got a deal. The bed was clean, and the room needed a lot of fixing. Don't know why people are putting 5 stars if my room looks like this? imagen the rest. Housekeeping never came, so I don't know if they are nice. Wifi was hard to connect, and yes, only coffee in the morning. Stay is good if you're passing by and wanna save, but to come with family, I won't recommend it."
"This hotel is wonderful and is in a great location. Right on I 10 and one minute to 610 freeway. There are several stores within walking distance and fast food located right beside the hotel. The guy Shavin at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The other people that work at the front desk is also very good."
"My mom and I have been staying at this location for several weeks. It has been a great experience and wonderful stay. The rooms were big and the beds were very comfortable. The housekeepers were on top of everything and made sure we had all of our needs met. The front desk person Shavin was great and always friendly. The other people at the front desk were great too."
"I have stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and let me tell you that this hotel has been great. The rooms are a great size and they were clean. They housekeeping was great and kept up the room and the supplies. The whole area was great and had security watching at all times. The guy in the front desk Shavin was great and always was able to help me with any issues. I will be staying here again."
"Came to Houston for vacation with the family during the summer. We really enjoyed staying here as the customer service was expertise and the property was definitely family-friendly. The staff was extremely accommodating as they helped with our requests to keep our rooms close together. All the front desk staff including night shift were all very welcoming. The cleaning staff were also very nice and kept our rooms fresh. There is a gazebo area and a pool that offered our family a place to enjoy during our stay. The rooms were very spacious and clean throughout. I work remotely so having great WiFi was a plus ! I'm an early bird and having complimentary freshly brewed hot coffee in the morning really hit the spot!"
