"hotel is trash. Best way I can put it. the staff is rude as hell. They were suppose to refund my hundred dollars back to me but I never gotten and when I asked or call about they gave me the run around saying I need to talk to the general manager who was not there. SO PEOPLE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL AT ALL. BAD SERVICE AND ALL"
"The check-in was fast, and the clerk was friendly. The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable! Breakfast was delicious: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and more. Great location for access to IAH."
"Will never stay at a Choice Hotel again. The Comfort Suites Hotel is not being maintained and when I complained to Choice Hotels absolutely nothing was done. Carpet in room was frayed between the carpet and tile. Finger prints were on the microwave when we checked in and for our entire stay. Mold spots on ceiling above the shower. This was after the first room provided did not have a working TV. Also, they provided me a new door access card without any confirmation that I was truly the person in the room. This is probably the worse offense of the stay. The final straw was it took 30 minutes to check out and get a receipt as they required housekeeping to first check out the room."
"Rude rude rude staff. Half the hotel was booked and they kept all guests stacked on each other with thin walls. Hardwood floors were dirty so your socks or feet will suffer. They shut down Bfast by 9am, I couldn’t tell you if it was good cause I got up at 9:45 the first day and missed it, then got up at 9:10 the next day and still missed it. The lady at checkout won’t refund your $100 security deposit until she “inspects the room” like you’re a damn thief! The side security door just opens so a criminal could walk right in. They had semi trucks parked in the parking lot running and loud outside your window if you are unlucky and get a room down there. I expected a lot more for the price and previous reviews!!! I’d take the no tell motel in OKC over this 4.2 star dump in Houston!"
