"This hotel itself is a great option for the downtown area, however i recommend only staying here if you want to be drug along on a turbulent ride of terrible service. We had over 140 rooms booked at this hotel and we were not able to get in touch with anyone to advance the arrival until two days prior to arrival. Not only was the property radio silent pre-arrival, but post check out sending emails was like throwing a coin into a bottomless pit and hoping you hit the bottom. The only person who seemed to have any common sense and decency at this property was the reservations manager Danni Jones, who really deserves to be the GM of this hotel. If you are needing to advance anything with your hotel booking I recommend looking elsewhere for a property."

"Was only walking through to get to Vonlane buss service. It was not my first visit. I've been there many times for events? Beautiful hotel that is always bussing with peeps. Delicious food. Rooms are very clean and accommodating. A very nice hotel and place to stay when in #HTown"

"The hotel is right in downtown, great location and easy access to lots if you are in town for business or just to explore the city. The hotel is massive and is often used to host conventions. There is an outdoor pool and a decently equipped gym for guest to use. The rooms are what you expect from Regency, a little on the older side but clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. It's easy to get car service or access public transpiration (public bus to the airport is only a few blocks away)."

"Contrary to the website, they do NOT have complimentary breakfast! And a small yogurt parfait from the hotel “bar” is $10 for why. The room was nice other than the shower, whoever designed the shower deserves a demotion."

"Downtown hotel with great rooms, conference space, lobby bar, covered parking, etc. The room was nice, with warm comfortable bed. Bathroom had a tub, not a bath- a little outdated. Elevators were slow and had difficulty keeping up with the demands of our large group. Staff worked really hard to accommodate us. Highly recommend staying at this huge hotel."
