"We got a late flight in around 9:30pm, it was around 45 degrees, Called the hotel before we even got our bags for their “shuttle servcie” was told where to go to wait from the front desk. Waited an hour and the shuttle never showed up. We Ubered to the hotel, and told the front desk and they didn’t seem to have any care that had happened to us. Also, When we walked into our room, the trashes were never cleaned out from the previous people and full! Extremely disappointing. Never coming back."

"So this is no longer a Best Western; it’s been completely renovated (I can still smell the fresh paint). Furniture and bathroom fixtures are all new. There’s enough outlets by the bed. Spark by Hilton’s furnishings remind me a little bit of their Tru brand: the rooms are all super basic, but unlike Tru the rooms are big and you have space to breathe. There’s a small fridge in the room. What was once a tub is now a step in shower. Breakfast is coffee & bagels. But it’s perfect. I’m staying here because I have a 5 AM flight and I want to roll out of bed at 3 AM, park across the street at Park & Fly, and catch that too early flight."

"Brand new hotel and they are working out the kinks. Room was big, fresh and clean. It is a 6 minute ride to the airport in there shuttle ( leaves every 1/2 hour on the 1/2 hour) . I only give it a 4* ( and it was close to 5) because they couldn’t find my registration at first and my rooms AC didn’t work and so I had to move. I think I was the first person to stay in that room"
